Where do I buy tickets?

In addition to online purchasing, select events may also offer tickets at local partner establishments. When available, those locations will be announced in advance on our website and social media pages.
We recommend purchasing early, as events may sell out quickly.
Can I celebrate a special event during a performance?
Yes! Guests are welcome to celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones during our performances at The Garden. To maintain the elevated atmosphere of our events, outside food, beverages, decorations, and personal décor are not permitted. However, our team is happy to help acknowledge your celebration in a tasteful and seamless way within the flow of the performance.
Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
All ticket sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
In the event of a schedule change or cancellation, guests will be notified directly with available options in accordance with the event’s policy. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reviewing event details carefully prior to purchasing tickets.
Are smartphones allowed?
Yes, smartphones are allowed inside The Garden events. Guests are welcome to use their phones for personal use, including photos and brief recordings, as long as it does not disrupt the performance or other guests’ experience.
We kindly ask that phone usage remain respectful—please avoid flash photography, loud calls, or extended video recording during performances.
At times, certain events or performances may have specific restrictions, which will always be communicated in advance.
How will I receive my ticket?
Once your purchase is complete, your ticket will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. You may print your ticket or present it digitally on your smartphone upon arrival. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. For any issues receiving your ticket, feel free to contact our team for assistance.
In addition, for select events, tickets may also be purchased in person at designated local partner establishments. Guests who purchase tickets at these locations will receive a physical ticket, which can be presented at entry.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Beer and wine will be available for purchase during events at The Garden.
We also offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages for guests. Light hors d’oeuvres are available on select occasions, and when offered, guests will be notified in advance or upon arrival depending on the event. The Garden operates in full accordance with all applicable ABC (Alcoholic Beverage Control) laws and regulations.
What is the Seating Policy?

For general admission events, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted. For reserved seating events, guests will be assigned or directed to their designated tables upon arrival.
